The event program may be subject to change based on weather conditions and river levels , in order to ensure the safety of the athletes and the proper conduct of the competitions.

The Boss of Valsesia cash prizes are subject to the number of participants .
The entire amount of the Boss of Valsesia registrations will go towards the cash prize pool . -
Cash prizes are subject to 20% tax , as required by current Italian legislation .

By registering for the kayak race, the participant declares under their own responsibility:

That they are in good physical condition and fit to take part in an event of this nature.

That they possess the technical skills required to complete the course safely.

That they are aware of the risks associated with kayaking, including but not limited to weather conditions, currents, collisions, capsizing, and other natural or accidental hazards.
The participant agrees to take part in the event at their own risk and releases the organizers, their representatives, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability for injuries or damages to persons or property that may occur before, during, or after the event, to the extent permitted by law.
The organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event for safety reasons, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure.
